User Agreement

Welcome to Aik Pret! This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of our website ("Site") and services provided by Aik Pret ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to comply with this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. GENERAL TERMS
1.1. Aik Pret is an online store based in Pakistan, specializing in the sale of women's Eastern clothing.
1.2. We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. USER ACCOUNTS
2.1. To make a purchase, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and update it as necessary.
2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any unauthorized use must be reported to us immediately.
2.3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if fraudulent or abusive activity is detected.
3. ORDERING AND PAYMENT
3.1. All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or stock unavailability.
3.2. Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3.3. Payments can be made via the available payment methods on our Site. By making a purchase, you authorize us to process the payment.
3.4. In case of payment failure, your order will not be processed until a successful transaction is completed.
4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
4.1. We offer delivery within Pakistan and may expand internationally in the future. Delivery charges and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
4.2. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
4.3. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.
5. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
At Aik Pret, we give our customers a 7 days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Refund option doesn't apply on Sale items unless the product has a fault from our side.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
6.1. All content on the Site, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Aik Pret and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6.2. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
7. USER CONDUCT
7.1. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, harassment, or infringement of others' rights.
7.2. We reserve the right to restrict access or take legal action against users violating these terms.
8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
8.1. Our Site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
8.2. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or products.
9. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
9.1. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan.
9.2. Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to arbitration in Pakistan.
